Amanda Renger, our founder and director, is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 25 years of experience working across the disability, mental health, community, and government sectors. She offers various services, including counselling, coaching, NDIS supports, social work, supervision, advocacy, and training in metropolitan and rural communities settings.

Parenting Adolescence

Parenting adolescence can be incredibly rewarding, but can also come with a lot of stress, heartache and pain. This is normal. As kids grow up we can struggle to keep up with their development, not wanting to let go of the reins too quickly. Building skills to cope with this time as they fight for independence can sometimes require some outside support.
